An overview of payment and fees – so there are no surprises when booking or after your ride.
What is included in the price
- The ride for the entire vehicle (not per person) along the agreed route.
- A driver holding a sign in the arrival hall, flight tracking, and free waiting time if your flight is delayed.
- Child seats, standard luggage, and assistance with loading.
Within Prague and up to 20 km from the airport, the price is fixed (sedan from 790 CZK, minivan from 990 CZK). Longer routes are calculated per kilometre (sedan 36 CZK/km, minivan 50 CZK/km); for day trips, the return journey is 50% cheaper with the first 3 hours of waiting free, and each additional hour started at 250 CZK. The calculator shows the exact amount before booking, and it will not change – even due to traffic, diversions, or tailbacks.
How to pay
- Online by card when booking via a secure payment gateway – including Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never receive your card number; it is processed directly by the payment gateway.
- By card with the driver using a payment terminal.
- In cash to the driver in Czech crowns.
We issue a receipt for every ride; an invoice is provided for companies.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation at least one day before the transfer is free – if you paid in advance, we will refund 100%.
- Cancellation on the day of travel (or arrival): the payment is non-refundable. The driver set aside time exclusively for you and will not be able to take another ride.
- A delay to the same flight is not a cancellation – the driver will wait free of charge.
- For changes to the time, address, or number of passengers, email info@prg-airport.cz or contact us via WhatsApp; we handle these individually.
- In the mobile app, you can cancel your booking yourself within 2 hours of creating it.
Possible additional charges
Only what you choose to add during the journey: waiting time beyond the agreed scope, requested route changes, or additional stops. Always by agreement with the driver, never without your knowledge.
