Terms & Conditions

Terms of use of PRG Airport Transfers services – ordering transport, prices, payments, cancellation and complaints. We recommend reading them before ordering.

Effective from 1. 6. 2026

1 Introductory provisions and definitions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the service operator and the customer in the ordering and provision of the transport services presented on the prg-airport.cz website.

Operator / intermediary: Ondřej Pirohanič, IČO: 04455495, with registered office at Augustinova 2075/9, 149 00 Prague 4. The operator is not a VAT payer. Contact: info@prg-airport.cz, +420 776 508 777.

Customer: a natural or legal person who orders a transport service.

Carrier / driver: an entrepreneur (a driver holding their own trade licence, or a company) who actually performs the agreed transport of persons.

2 How our service works

PRG Airport Transfers operates on two levels, depending on the specific order:

a) Intermediation of transport

For most journeys the operator acts as an intermediary: it receives the order, agrees the conditions of transport and provides a vetted carrier (driver) who actually performs the transport under their own liability and as part of their trade. The contractual relationship regarding the transport itself thus arises between the customer and the carrier.

b) Transport provided by the operator

For selected orders (in particular corporate contracts and events) the operator may provide the transport in its own name and issue the relevant document itself.

ℹ️ For every pre-ordered journey, in accordance with Section 21(5) of Act No. 111/1994 Sb., on road transport, a written contract of carriage is concluded before the journey begins. It contains the identification details of both parties, an unambiguous specification of the transport and the agreed price. The customer receives it by e-mail.

3 Order and conclusion of the contract

  • An order may be placed via the booking form on the website, by e-mail or by telephone.
  • After submitting the order, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail. Binding confirmation of the booking follows after its approval by the operator.
  • Before the journey, the customer is sent the written contract of carriage and information about the assigned driver (name, telephone, vehicle and registration plate).
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided in the order (date, time, pick-up location and destination, flight number, number of persons and items of luggage).

4 Prices

  • The price of the transport is fixed and agreed in advance. The customer knows it before confirming the order.
  • The price does not include a taximeter or surcharges for flight delays – flight monitoring is part of the service.
  • Any extraordinary requirements beyond the scope of the order (waiting beyond the agreed limit, change of route at the customer’s request, multiple stops) may be charged for by agreement.
  • The tax document for the transport is issued by the carrier (driver) in accordance with their tax regime; if the carrier is a VAT payer, the document includes VAT.

5 Payment terms

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • In cash directly to the driver.
  • By card with the driver via a payment terminal (SumUp).
  • By bank transfer in advance (used in particular by companies on the basis of an issued document).
  • By card online via a secure payment gateway at the time of ordering.

For corporate contracts and orders on invoice, the due date is stated on the tax document.

6 Cancellation terms and changes to the order

Main rule: Free cancellation of the order is possible at the latest 1 day before the agreed date of the journey. In the event of cancellation on the day of the journey (or on the day of arrival of the flight), the price is not refunded and is forfeited in full.

The reason is operational: after the order is confirmed, the driver reserves their time and availability exclusively for the customer in question, plans the journey to the airport and turns down other work. A late cancellation therefore means a real loss that cannot be made good.

Cancellation 1 day in advance or earlierFree of charge. If payment has already been made, we refund 100 % of the price.
Cancellation on the day of the journey / arrivalThe price is not refunded; it is forfeited in full.
Failure to appear (no-show)The price is not refunded.

You can cancel or change the order by e-mail at info@prg-airport.cz or by telephone on +420 776 508 777. We always try to accommodate changes of date according to available capacity.

✈️ A flight delay is not a problem. We actively monitor arrivals and stay in contact with the customer. If the flight is delayed, the driver waits – we never leave the customer at the airport and we do not charge a surcharge for a flight delay.

7 Rights and obligations

The operator and the carrier undertake to:

  • provide the transport on the agreed date, with a clean and insured vehicle;
  • monitor the customer’s flight and stay in contact if necessary;
  • bring the vehicle to the agreed location and ensure pick-up at the airport (meet & greet with a name board).

The customer undertakes to:

  • provide truthful and complete details in the order;
  • arrive at the pick-up location at the agreed time;
  • behave considerately in the vehicle, observe the no-smoking rule and follow the driver’s safety instructions (e.g. the use of seat belts and child seats);
  • compensate for any damage that they demonstrably cause in the vehicle.

8 Luggage, children and animals

  • The price includes the usual number of items of luggage corresponding to the number of passengers. Please state any oversized or non-standard luggage (sports equipment, musical instruments, etc.) in the order.
  • Child seats we provide on request – state your requirement in the order.
  • The transport of domestic animals can be arranged by prior agreement.

9 Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us without undue delay at info@prg-airport.cz. We handle complaints within the statutory time limit and always try to find a fair solution. For a complaint, please state the booking number and a description of the situation.

The consumer also has the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) as the body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

10 Liability

The transport is operated with valid insurance. Neither the operator nor the carrier is liable for delays in or non-performance of the transport caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure, road closures, exceptional weather conditions, intervention by public authorities, etc.); they always endeavour, however, to find an alternative solution.

11 Protection of personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR only to the extent necessary for processing the order and providing the service. You can find the details in the personal data protection document, which is available in the footer of the website.

12 Final provisions

  • Relationships not governed by these terms and conditions are subject to the legal order of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Act No. 111/1994 Sb., on road transport.
  • The operator reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The version in force on the day the order is placed applies to that order.
  • These terms and conditions are effective from the date stated in the introduction.

Do you have a question about the terms?

We will be glad to advise you before ordering and during the journey.
