Travelling with young children, a pram, and a lot of luggage is a very different experience from a solo business trip. Here is what we do differently for families and groups – and how to book so that everything goes smoothly at the airport.
Free child seats
We provide child seats and booster seats at no extra charge. All we need to know in advance is the age or height of your child in the booking notes so the driver brings the correct type. The seats are fitted before your arrival, so you do not have to deal with anything at the airport.
Which vehicle for how many people
- Sedan / estate – 1 to 4 people, roughly 3 large suitcases. Within Prague and up to 20 km from the airport from 790 CZK.
- Minivan – 1 to 7 people, up to 7 suitcases. Within Prague and up to 20 km from the airport from 990 CZK.
The price is per vehicle. For a family with two children, a pram, and four suitcases, a minivan is more comfortable than a cramped sedan – and for 5 to 7 people, one vehicle is always cheaper than two.
Prams, skis, bicycles, oversized luggage
A foldable pram fits into any of our vehicles. For bulky items (skis, golf bags, packed bicycles), please note what you are bringing in the comments – we will assign a vehicle that fits everything, so you do not have to solve it with the driver on the spot.
Groups of more than 7 people
For larger groups, we will send multiple vehicles that dispatch together and wait at the same spot in the arrivals hall. Please state the number of passengers and luggage items in the notes; we will confirm the exact setup of vehicles and a single total price.
How it works at the airport
The driver tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name – even if you are delayed at baggage reclaim with the children. After landing, they will send a WhatsApp or SMS message; once you are ready, simply let them know. They will help with both your suitcases and pram.
Payment and changes
You can pay online by card (including Apple Pay / Google Pay), by card with the driver, or in cash. If there are changes to the number of passengers or luggage, email us as soon as possible at info@prg-airport.cz so we can send the correct vehicle. Free cancellation is available up to the day before your trip.
