Where will the driver be waiting for me?
In the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. After landing, you will receive a WhatsApp message or SMS showing their exact location.
What if my flight is delayed?
The driver tracks the flight by its number and arrives according to the actual landing time. Waiting is free, and you do not need to report any delays.
How much does a transfer cost?
Fixed rates within Prague and up to 20 km from the airport: sedan from 790 CZK, minivan from 990 CZK – per vehicle. Longer distances are priced by kilometre. The calculator will show the exact price before you book.
Is the price final?
Yes. Once calculated, the price does not change due to traffic, detours, or waiting in traffic jams.
How do I pay?
Online by card when booking (including Apple Pay / Google Pay), by card with the driver, or in cash.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to the day before your ride; we will refund the paid amount in full. Cancellations on the day of the ride are non-refundable. In the app, a booking can be cancelled within 2 hours of creation.
Are child seats free?
Yes. Please state the age or height of the child in your booking.
How many people and suitcases will fit?
Sedan/estate: 1–4 people and approx. 3 large suitcases; minivan: 1–7 people and up to 7 suitcases. We accommodate larger groups using multiple vehicles.
Do you operate at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the same price.
Do I need to know which terminal I land at?
No. Just provide the correct flight number, and the driver will identify the terminal automatically (Schengen = Terminal 2, non-Schengen = Terminal 1).
Do you also offer trips outside Prague and abroad?
Yes – trips across the Czech Republic as well as transfers to Vienna, Dresden, Munich, Berlin, or Budapest. The price is based on kilometres, fixed in advance.
Are you an airport taxi?
No. We are an independent licensed carrier, PRG Airport Transfers (Ondřej Pirohanič, IČO 04455495). We are not the operator of Prague Airport and are not affiliated with it.
