Five friends with ski bags, a family with a pushchair and two car seats, or a team flying in for a conference: a standard taxi won’t take you all. One minivan means one booking, one driver waiting in arrivals and everyone arriving at the hotel together, instead of splitting into two cars and two bills.
Minivan prices from Prague Airport
Prices are between the airport and central Prague, per vehicle rather than per person. Up to roughly 20 km from the airport the fare is fixed; further out it is calculated by distance. The booking form shows the exact price for your address before you confirm.
When a minivan makes sense
- Five or more of you. Two saloons would cost twice £27; one minivan for seven is £34 and you travel together.
- Children and car seats. Child seats and boosters are free of charge. Tell us the children’s ages when booking and the right sizes will be fitted.
- Skis, snowboards, golf bags. Long and bulky kit fits in the back without folding down passenger seats.
- Lots of luggage, even for two or three. When everyone has a big case plus cabin bags, a saloon is full. A minivan carries up to seven large suitcases.
Minivan transfers beyond Prague
Groups often head straight from the airport to the mountains, the spa towns or across the border. The fare is always for the whole vehicle, so the more of you there are, the less each person pays, and you go door to door without changing trains.

How your minivan transfer works
- Book ahead online. Choose the minivan, the number of passengers and bags, and add children’s ages for car seats. Your confirmation arrives by email.
- Meet your driver in arrivals. They hold a sign with your name and track your flight. If you land late they adjust, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are included.
- Load up and go. The driver helps with cases and equipment, car seats are already fitted, and you drive straight to your address.

How much is a minivan from Prague Airport to the city centre?
A minivan for 1–7 passengers costs £34 from the airport to central Prague, for the whole vehicle. For eight passengers it is £38. Luggage and child seats cost nothing extra.
Do you have a minibus for bigger groups?
We don’t run minibuses. For nine people or more we send two or more minivans at the same time, so the whole group leaves the airport together and arrives together. The booking shows the price of each vehicle.
How many suitcases fit in the minivan?
Seven passengers and up to seven large suitcases. If you are bringing skis, golf clubs or a pushchair, mention it in the booking notes so the driver plans the space.
Are child seats included?
Yes. Child seats and boosters are free; just give the children’s ages when you book and the driver brings the correct size.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
Your driver follows the flight and arrives for the actual landing time. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free; each extra hour is charged at the rate shown in the booking.
How do we pay, and can we cancel?
Pay by card online when booking, by card to the driver or in cash. Cancelling the day before travel is free and you get a full refund.
