How it works

1. Enter your flight number and destination address abroad when booking.
2. The driver tracks your flight arrival and waits in the hall holding a sign; if your flight is delayed, waiting is free of charge.
3. We can stop along the way as needed – for coffee, a toilet break, or a short sightseeing stop (e.g. Dresden en route to Berlin, Brno en route to Vienna).
4. We drop you off directly at your hotel or at the airport in your destination city.

When a private transfer makes sense

• For groups of 3–7 people, where one vehicle replaces multiple tickets and taxi rides at both ends.
• When travelling with large luggage, a pushchair or sports equipment.
• For late arrivals when trains and buses are no longer running.
• When you want to see sights along the way – you set your own route and stops.

Payment and cancellation

Pay online by card when booking, by card to the driver, or in cash. Free cancellation up to one day before the journey. We also operate in the reverse direction – from Vienna, Dresden or Munich to Prague.
