We process the data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Sb., on the processing of personal data.

3 To whom we disclose the data

We disclose your data only to the extent necessary:

• To the driver / carrier who will carry out your journey (name, contact, pick-up location and time, data necessary for the contract of carriage).
• To the payment services provider in the case of online or card payment (payment gateway, SumUp).
• To IT and hosting providers to the extent necessary for the operation of the site and e-mails.
• To public authorities where required by law.

We do not transfer the data to third countries outside the EU, with the exception of services that may process the data on servers located outside the EU (e.g. Google) – always while ensuring an adequate level of protection.

4 How long we keep the data

• Order and contract data: for the period necessary to provide the service and subsequently for the period laid down by law.
• Tax documents: for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (as a rule 10 years).
• Data processed on the basis of consent (marketing): until consent is withdrawn.

5 Cookies and Google Analytics

The website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are essential for operation (sign-in, security, order processing) and always run.

With your consent, we also use:

• Analytics cookies – the Google Analytics service to measure traffic so that we can improve the website. They are only activated after your consent.
• Marketing cookies – for relevant offers and campaign measurement (e.g. affiliate and remarketing tools).

• na of access to your data and to information about its processing;
• na rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• na to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), unless a legal obligation prevents it;

• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent where the processing is based on consent.

7 Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Only authorised persons have access to the data, to the extent necessary.
