Metro Music Bar sídlí v Alfa Pasáži na Poštovské ulici v Brně, v prostorách funkcionalistické stavby v centru města. Klub zde funguje od roku 1937, kdy byl otevřen jako jazzový Metro Music Hall, a dnes nabízí program složený z koncertů, parties a stand-up comedy show.
