In front of the Small Fortress lies the National Cemetery with thousands of graves. It holds the remains of victims from both the prison and the Terezín ghetto.

The Ghetto Museum
The Ghetto Museum preserves children’s drawings, diaries, and personal belongings of prisoners. They tell the story of life and suffering inside the Terezín ghetto.
