The Moravian Karst is a landscape of limestone highlands. You'll find abysses, caves, gorges, and underground rivers. The surface is covered with terra rossa and Quaternary weathered deposits.

Balcarka Cave spans two levels and features rich stalactite formations. Its Great Dome is the second-largest chamber in the region.

A vast system near the village of Sloup, where the underground Punkva stream forms a sinking river. The tour covers a 3 km circuit and a 19 m tall rock pillar.
