Prague’s oldest golf course
Golf Club Prague is the city’s oldest golf club — founded at its inaugural general meeting on March 15, 1926. Its first honorary president was Jan Masaryk, son of the first Czechoslovak president.
The nine-hole course in Motol was built at the request of diplomats led by the British envoy Sir G. R. Clerk, on the grounds of a former military training area. Today it’s used by pros, the golf academy, and beginners alike — a pleasant city course for a quick round without leaving Prague.
Since Motol is right in Prague (about 8 kilometers from the center), we don’t offer a full-day trip with waiting time here — just a straightforward one-way transfer at the price of a regular city ride. We’ll pick you up at home, your hotel, or PRG airport.
