Two championship courses near Konopiště
Golf Resort Konopiště sits near Tvoršovice, just outside Benešov and a short drive from the famous Konopiště Castle. It's one of the largest golf resorts in the Czech Republic, featuring two separate 18-hole courses.
The Radecký course is named after the legendary Field Marshal Radecký and winds through rolling terrain with water hazards and wooded stretches. The d'Este course, named after Archduke Franz Ferdinand d'Este, is famed for its island greens — finishing the 9th over water will test any golfer's nerve. There's also a 9-hole public course for beginners.
From Prague it's about 45 kilometres, a roughly 50-minute drive. With a private driver you'll arrive right on time for your tee time, and after your round you can head over to explore Konopiště Castle.
